This summer Dejan will perform at various summer festivals, at some he will also give masterclasses. Immediately afterwards he will embark on a concert tour of Australia with the Australian Chamber Orchestra & Richard Tognetti. On this eight-concert tour Dejan will perform Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 14 in E-flat major, K. 449, and in addition he will also give the Australian Premiere of his new Mozart arrangement “Rondo concertante” for piano and orchestra.
Alongside his concerts in Australia and in many major European music centres, the 2019/20 season will also bring Dejan back to the Far East and on several occasions to the United States. In 2020 he’ll tour South America once again.
The new CD for Onyx Classics will be released during this season as well — the exact programme and international release date will be announced soon.
As a composer Dejan will be featured on several occasions: his latest orchestral composition entitled “S.C.H.E.rzo for Orchestra”, Op. 25, has been commissioned by the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and will be premiered on 17 January 2020 in Indianapolis, USA, conducted by the orchestra’s music director Krzysztof Urbański. This composition of Dejan’s will also be published by Sikorski Music Publishers.
