Exactly 35 years ago today — on 5 June 1991 — I took the stage at the Vatroslav Lisinski Concert Hall in Zagreb, Croatia for a night I will never forget!

In honor of the 1991 Mozart Year, I performed two of his timeless masterpieces: the Piano Concerto No. 14 in E-flat major (K. 449) and the Clarinet Concerto in A major (K. 622). I can still feel the incredible rush of switching between the piano and the clarinet live on stage.

💿 Sharing that magical evening with the phenomenal Zagreb Soloists and the Klima Quartet — who also premiered my very first string quartet that night — was unforgettable. It was also the moment I presented my debut LP and cassette to the world, which later became a CD in 1993. It truly feels like yesterday, yet so much has changed since those early audio formats!
